The La Misionera Ecoturismo has own programmes for the practice of Trekking, through paths where flora and fauna sightings can be made. Each expedition it's supervised by suitable personnel who are assisted by a "baqueano".

The La Misionera Ecoturismo has designed many routes and paths:

Surucuá Path

Departure from The La Misionera Ecoturismo an spectacular expedition through a natural paradise can be made, inside out natural reserve. A small creek can be crossed, to reach the place where The Famous Ernesto "Che" Guevara lived in his childhood.
In the return is possible to get close to the Parana River beaches, to admire the nature's plenitude. Duration of expedition: 3 hours.

Ecological Path

Departure from The La Misionera Ecoturismo through a rural path, it reaches the "Suspiros Bridge", over the Caraguatay river. After, the mount can be crossed to reach a lonely place where the sound of small waterfalls and bird singing can be enjoyed. Duration of the expedition: 3 hours.

Giant Timbó's route

This route starts in The La Misionera Ecoturismo. First, the Paranaense rainforest is visited, then plantations of Yerba Mate, te and Pine reforestation's are crossed. Also, old instalations of Yerba Mate drying can be seen. The expedition continues through cattle's fields to reach the old route 12. Then the Caraguatay's Civic Centre and the European settlers 's houses can be seen. This houses has a German Building Style. After crossing Yerba Mate plantation's, the Timbó Gigante's reserve is reached. This place is protected by the Foundation Wild Life, and the magnificent tree can be seen, perhaps the last in the Misiones Province. A small pic-nic is made before the return. Duration of the expedition: 9 hours.
