Asetur Misiones - C5 Adventures and mysteries on horse

This is a horseback riding where the group departure from Paraná River to cross en transversal way the province of Misiones, to arrive the Moconá Waterfalls over Uruguay River.

1st. Day: Arrival to the La Misionera Ecoturismo, lodging. First short horseback riding in the forest. Duration of the horseback riding: 2 hours.

2nd. to the 7th. Day: Breakfast and departure of this amazing crossing on horse, from the La Misionera upon the majestic Paraná River to the Moconá Falls, through forest, hills and valleys, knowing all the waterfalls. Nights in tents, and around the fire could enjoy the famous "asados argentinos" and other delicious typical meals. In the area of Moconá Waterfalls, lodging in "dormis" or tents inside the Provincial Park.

8th. Day: Excursions in motorboat upon the Uruguay River to arrive until the foot of the waterfalls. Walking inside the Yabotí Biosphere Reserve, knowing waterfalls and "helechos arborescentes". Return to the La Misionera in vehicles 4x4.

9th. Day: Breakfast and end of the expedition

Observations

Aptitude of the Rider: should possess most minimum knowledge of horseback riding and to be in good physical conditions.

Languages: German, English, Portuguese and Spanish.

Departures: May 11th. 2002 and August 3rd. 2002

Riders: minimum 3, maximum 8.

Lodging: in estancias, La Misionera 2 (nights) and 6 (six ) night in tents.

Foods: full pension, typical meals.

Assistance of vehicle 4x4 during the expeditions
